Oh readers, I'm so sorry. Once again I have a fascinating collection of interesting links, pictures and doodahs which I've neglected to post. It's been nearly a month since I last posted anything, and I feel bad about that. Trouble is things are getting hairy at work (figuratively speaking, of course, although I did find some fursuits in wardrobe the other day and those were pretty hairy too) and things outside of work haven't been much better (although I did spend one lovely weekend with my dad watching stupid numbers of movies).
Anyway, in order to keep you busy until my lazy arse gets around to posting something more, here's one of the coolest links I've come across recently. A talented bunch of horror fans are putting together the fighting game to end all fighting games in which you can play as your favourite slasher-movie murderer and hack up other slasher-movie murderers with nifty special moves. Most of the site is still under construction, but download the demo and you can smash things up as Freddy Krueger, Leatherface, Michael Myers or Ash Williams. I haven't had a chance to download it myself, but it looks like an absolute riot and, going by the screenshots, the quality of the graphics is incredible. It's all completely free, partly because the designers are obviously very generous and partly due to copyright issues.
